New premises

15.5.2012

Finzel PR has moved! We now have new offices, 5 minutes around the corner from our old premises but with more space, two floors, our own little garden area and masses of natural light streaming in all day long to inspire us and add new energy to our creative processes. With excellent connections to Madrid City Centre, the new office is nevertheless in a peaceful and quiet part of the town where we can work happily without disturbance. We look forward to this next stage in the history of the agency. Come and see us whenever you like!

Success built on success

10.5.2012

Following a highly successful 3 month trial period, Finzel PR has just signed a year long contract with QNAP Systems, Inc. to handle all their media relations activities in the Spanish market. Based in Taiwan, QNAP is one of the leading manufacturers of Network Attached Storage (NAS) appliances in the world with award winning data storage solutions for both consumers and small to medium size businesses. Finzel PR will be working closely with both the marketing department in Taipei and the local sales force to promote not only their NAS product range but also their Network Video Recorders and Multimedia Players divisions in Spain.

Here’s to a long and fruitful relationship with great results.

Finzel PR joins the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain

6.10.2011

We’ve finally taken the plunge and become paid up members of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain last week, with the aim of increasing our visibility and network of contacts within not only the local business community but also amongst UK companies looking to get a toehold in the Spanish market. We’re looking forward to a long and fruitful association with the Chamber in the years to come.

Finzel PR welcomes Welcome Real-time

4.3.2011

It’s official – Finzel PR joins a team of PR agencies, led by London partners Metia, on an international media relations campaign for Welcome Real-time, the French-based specialist in software solutions for customer loyalty schemes in the banking and retail sectors. As partners in Spain for the campaign, we will be kicking off this month with the first of four local media relations projects spread out over the year and designed to raise the profile of the company and its products in the Spanish market. With our knowledge and contacts in the Financial services and Marketing specialist media, we’re looking forward to getting some great results for this new client, and we welcome them to our portfolio.

MarkMonitor returns to Finzel PR for its campaign in Spain

3.3.2011

Finzel PR has recently welcomed MarkMonitor back as a client. The company, whose European headquarters are in London and specialises in global online brand protection, was a key part of our portfolio a couple of years ago but the start of the world economic crisis put an albeit temporary end to that. Generally speaking, when a client decides to stop a contract for lack of budget, promising to be back in touch when more resources become available, I tend to view it often with a certain degree of scepticism – it’s a bit like when a boyfriend or girlfriend breaks up with you and tries to ease your pain by saying “We can still be friends”. You smile and nod in agreement but inside you’re convinced it’s not going to happen.

But happily sometimes it does. MarkMonitor is back with us and showing that they were sufficiently pleased with the quality and professionalism of Finzel PR to want to return when resources did become available once again. We look forward to a long and fruitful renewed client-agency relationship.

New style website

5.11.2010

Welcome to the new Finzel PR website. Its new look and feel, designed by local Graphic Design partners Esencia3, is based on WordPress in order to enable us to keep the content fresh and up to date using this simple yet intuitive and free content management system.

As part of our intention to add new content and making the most of today’s Web 2.0 technologies, we have also created this blog/news section where we will occasionally post agency news, case studies of success client projects, and even our own reflections and musings about diverse issues such as the PR business or the Spanish economy or frankly anything that we feel deserves a couple of words written about.

Hope you enjoy it.

Piers.
